Waste Management
Not all developments or activities that may be detrimental to the environment are located within the EIA listed activities but are still governed by other legislation, including waste management licence applications as required by the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008.
No person may commence, undertake or conduct a waste management activity listed in this Schedule unless a waste management licence is issued in respect of the waste management activity.
