Environmental Feasibility & Due Diligence Reports

An Environmental Feasibility Study assesses the viability of a proposed development from an environmental and social perspective, identifying potential issues and threats to the successful completion of the proposed development. Solutions and mitigative measures are investigated. The purpose of an Environmental Due Diligence Report is to evaluate potential risks and liabilities with regards to environmental and health & safety issues such as land contamination, before any contractual agreements are entered into. This is vital as these risks may translate into financial liabilities for the parties involved.
